Midori Spring Matcha

I am a huge fan of many types of tea, so I was excited to try Matcha. I did not have the traditional Matcha tea tools, so I used a mug and a teaspoon.

I was quite pleased with the results. The tea was a beautiful shade of green with a pleasant aroma. It had a smooth and sweet flavor. The powder didn't dissolve completely because I did not use a whisk, but that didn't bother me at all.

I have enjoyed Matcha as hot tea and have added it to smoothies. It is a very enjoyable beverage.
