FlavFusion 25 oz Infuser Water Bottle

I love water bottles, yet this is the first infuser bottle I have ever tried, and I'm in love! First things first, it is made with Tritan plastic that is BPA and Lead Free. This bottle was made well. It's strong, has a no slip grip. I love the loop on the top. I hook it onto a carabiner on my bag for easy transport. The lid locks, so no accidental spills, and it is leak proof. Awesome! 

There is a little strainer inside the lid which keeps all the fruit in the chamber. Fruit bits don't fall through, and the mouthpiece doesn't get blocked by the fruit either. As you can see in the photo, it is easy to take apart and clean. 

I have been filling my bottle with frozen berries and letting them infuse in the fridge overnight. The result is delicious fruity watery that is flavored naturally. Amazing! I give the FlavFusion 25oz Infuser Water Bottle 5 out of 5 stars.

Massage Roller

I was excited when I was given the chance to review this Massage Roller because my Physical Therapist had recommended that I use one. Due to many health conditions I have a lot of muscle pain. This stick is useful for treating muscle pain as well as strains, stress, spasm, tension, cramping, and trigger points. It can also be used to prevent fatigue and increase muscle tone. 

This one is made the same as the one used at PT except that it's red. This roller is easy enough to use. It has comfortable grips on both ends, and all you need to do is roll it along. There are many resources online that show all the techniques used to perform a self-massage, or what my Physical Therapist calls, Myofascial Release. My favorite! 

The rollers are made out of hard plastic, but that is exactly what is needed to roll knots out of your muscles. Using this roller also helped warm up my muscles and it increased circulation in my legs, another big problem of mine. Keeping up with daily rolling has improved the way my legs have felt. This product did it's job perfectly. 

I give it 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend it.

TheraTree Scrub

Today I am going to talk about TheraTree Scrub! As of today I have only used this scrub on my feet, but it can also be used on the body to exfoliate and help with body acne and blemishes. My feet are in much worse shape in the warmer months with all the sandal wearing and beach going that occurs in the summer. But...my feet can still be dry in the winter, like the rest of my skin, as well as stinky, because thick sock and boots.

The pumice exfoliates and smooths out any rough spots. The essential oils moisturize my feet wonderfully and make my feet smell delicious. The invigorating mint scent perks me right up. I love this stuff. I give it 5 out of 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this scrub. You can grab some here!

Valentia True Glow Eye Cream

I'd like to apologize for the terrible format of this post. It is Christmas Eve and I have been on the go all week and now I have to write this blog from my cell phone! 

This is Valencia True Glow Eye Cream.

I have never really been a regular user of eye creams, mostly because they usually have a weird smell and they irritate my eyes. Darn lame sensitive eyes. Now that I am almost thirty, I am glad I have found a cream that I not only can tolerate, I love!!!

This product is easy to apply, just Dan it gently under your eyes after cleaning in the AM and PM! Easy peasy!

This cream smells DIVINE! It has a light, citrusy smell, and I adore it. This cream doesn't irritate my skin or my eyes. I've been using it for about a week now. It has definitely tightened and moisturized the areas around my eyes. It has also helped reduce redness and puffiness. My eyes look brighter! I think I'm ready to make eye cream an every day thing.

I give Valencia Eye Cream 5 out of 5 stars! I love it!!

Let me start off by saying this conditioner smells AMAZING! Lavender is such a beautiful thing. This conditioner is designed for weak, dull, thinning hair... These words describe my hair perfectly. It is made with essential oils, silk proteins and royal jelly extract, which are used to reduce frizz and breakage. It has left my hair shiny, soft, and hydrated... and scented beautifully. I have only had the chance to use it a few times, but will continue to watch for any changes with the thinning aspect and will update my blog accordingly. This conditioner was very easy to use. Just apply a quarter size amount to wet hair, distribute evenly and leave on for 3-5 minutes. essential oils and premium botanical extracts that nourish, heal and hydrate dull parched hair and transform it into silky-smooth and glowing strands.

The only complaint I had was the packaging. The conditioner is extremely thick and therefore very hard to get out of the bottle. Not only did I have to hit it from the bottom while holding it upside down, I had to use BOTH hands to squeeze the conditioner out onto my leg in order to get just a bit out. I think if it came with a pump, it would be much easier to use.

AVEENO SKIN RELIEF

Midori Spring Matcha

I am a huge fan of many types of tea, so I was excited to try Matcha. I did not have the traditional Matcha tea tools, so I used a mug and a teaspoon.

I was quite pleased with the results. The tea was a beautiful shade of green with a pleasant aroma. It had a smooth and sweet flavor. The powder didn't dissolve completely because I did not use a whisk, but that didn't bother me at all.

I have enjoyed Matcha as hot tea and have added it to smoothies. It is a very enjoyable beverage.

Arnott’s Tim Tam cookies

Arnott’s® Tim Tam® cookies really are Australia’s best-kept secret! I had never heard of these cookies before, so I was already excited to try a new brand. These cookies have a lot of calories, but they were so decadent and filling that I only needed one or two and I had a totally satisfying treat. The Original cookies were crunchy and covered in a creamy chocolate. I needed to find the Chewy Caramel variety as I am a sucker for anything caramel. I was able to find Arnott’s® Tim Tam® cookies at both Target and Walmart. The Chewy Caramel cookies were rich and delicious, even better than the Original. I love cookies. I love candy bars. I enjoy nothing more than a cookie with my tea. I give Tim Tams 4/5 stars. I will definitely buy them again.
