Purfecto Tea Infuser Water Bottle

The Purfecto Tea Infuser Water Bottle has become my new best friend. I don't go anywhere without it! This bottle is so versatile, I can use it for plain old water or infuse it with tea or fruit!

The bottle is double walled glass, so it keeps my drinks hot or cold. The bamboo lid is gorgeous and is lined with silicone so it doesn't drip! It comes with a stainless steal infuser that can be removed or left inside while you sip.

The bottle is nice and big, yet comfortable for my fairly small hands. The lid creates an amazing seal, even when upside down this bottle doesn't leak! The parts are sturdy and everything is easy to clean. The mouth of the bottle is large, I was nervous at first, but I have yet to spill a drop.

The infuser is so amazing, that I am able to make lazy Matcha tea. I don't have the correct tools, so my Matcha always comes out chunky. When making it in this bottle, the infuser actually sifts the powder and makes an awesome cup of Matcha tea. Amazing!!

This bottle is Purfecto! I use it all the time, for travel, in my home. I love it! I give it 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone that wants a glass water bottle, especially for infusion!

Santa Medical SM-150 Fingertip Pulse Oximeter

I have this funky medical condition known as POTS. When you have POTS you get Tachycardia. My doctors appreciate when I monitor my heart rate. I have a more expensive Pulse Oximeter, but I wanted a second one as backup and for travel and whatnot. The Santa Medical SM-150 came with a pulse oximeter, batteries, a lanyard, carrying pouch and instructions.

It seemed pretty simple to use. Like all Pulse Oximeters, you just need to place your finger inside. I found it to be very testy about how far my finger was pushed into place. Unless I had it pressed very firmly against the back, it would not register my finger and would just shut off instantly. After getting the hang of placing my finger just right, the device worked satisfactorily.

I compared the readings of both the SM-150 and my more expensive Pulse Ox, and the readings were pretty much the same. As far as accuracy, it's pretty good, especially for it's value. The display is large, bright, and easy to interpret. I give this 4 out of 5 stars, and would recommend it.

I purchased this pulse oximeter at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

One For Heart Crossfit Jump Rope and Wrist Wraps

I am definitely on a beginner's level when it comes to fitness. I've dabbled here and there with some things, yoga in particular. Due to a bunch of lame medical conditions I am "exercise intolerant", yup, that's totally a thing. I've always been a fan of jumping rope though, so I was excited to try this out. One For Heart's Crossfit jump rope is a 10 foot adjustable fast speed steel cable coated in PVC material. The way it is constructed keeps the rope from twisting.

The coolest thing about this rope is that it is adjustable! Just unscrew the bits and slide the cord. One size fits all heights.

This jump rope came with bonus wrist wraps. I can't lift weights, but my boyfriend is an avid gym goer, so he tried them out.

The cuffs are made out of a strong, durable material. They look like they can withstand a beating. They were adjustable with Velcro and fit comfortably. The thumb loops keep them in place. They did indeed provide great support. He will continue to use them for the extra stability during his workouts.

ONE FOR HEART's primary goal is to help children in need. With every purchase they are proud to donate $1 to help these children. You can't help but love a company that is willing to give.

Massage Roller

I was excited when I was given the chance to review this Massage Roller because my Physical Therapist had recommended that I use one. Due to many health conditions I have a lot of muscle pain. This stick is useful for treating muscle pain as well as strains, stress, spasm, tension, cramping, and trigger points. It can also be used to prevent fatigue and increase muscle tone.

This one is made the same as the one used at PT except that it's red. This roller is easy enough to use. It has comfortable grips on both ends, and all you need to do is roll it along. There are many resources online that show all the techniques used to perform a self-massage, or what my Physical Therapist calls, Myofascial Release. My favorite!

The rollers are made out of hard plastic, but that is exactly what is needed to roll knots out of your muscles. Using this roller also helped warm up my muscles and it increased circulation in my legs, another big problem of mine. Keeping up with daily rolling has improved the way my legs have felt. This product did it's job perfectly.

I give it 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend it.
